Vintage Scandinavian fishing gear still life oil painting from Sweden, depicting colorful buoys and nets on a beach. Hand painted oil on board from the 1960s–1970s.
This Scandinavian fishing gear still life shows a pile of coastal equipment resting on a beach beside the sea. Nets, wooden frames, ropes, and bright fishing buoys create a lively composition. The coastal setting and working harbor objects give the painting a strong maritime character.
The artist uses energetic brushwork and bold outlines to build the forms. Bright red, pink, and orange buoys contrast with the muted blues and greys of the sea and sky. Executed in oil on board.
The painting has a strong decorative presence and works well in coastal or nautical interiors. Its colors and dynamic composition make it suitable for a living room, hallway, or beach house setting. A distinctive piece of vintage Scandinavian art and classic vintage wall decor.
